Sudipto has been practising as an Advocate for over 45 years and as a Senior Advocate for over 30 years. He has extensive practice in Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property, Arbitration and Shipping.
He has appeared as a Senior Counsel in several arbitrations both domestic and international and has also acted as an Arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations. He has also given evidence as an expert witness in international arbitrations.
He is a member of the Panel of Arbitrators of Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and a member of the Panel of International Arbitrators of Pacific International Arbitration Centre (PIAC)
His name is included in the LCIA Database of Arbitrators. He received the "Lawyers of a India" Award 2018 of the Bar Association of India.
